"Dear Joe, Wow! You and your team have once again helped us pull off an amazing convention weekend! I want to thank you for all you do in meeting with us to plan the weekend. For working with us to make appropriate meal choices which allow us to stay within our budget and encourage attendees to join us for the weekend. For the enthusiasm you show for each of our themes which allow our Knights and Ladies to experience special times. For making sure we have all the T's crossed and I's dotted so that all can run smoothly. And for checking in with us during the course of the weekend. I want to thank Mercedes and Meghan for their enthusiasm, for the way they help us to enhance the theme, and most importantly for the way they roll with the punches as adjustments need to be made. They are incredible! Your staff is the happiest staff I know! I'm talking Disney happy! They are so welcoming, they interact with their guests, and they are committed to everyone having a good time. I appreciate the long hours they put in to make everything happen. The food was amazing! We have had so many positive comments about both the quality and the quantity. The Friday night buffet was simply great. Tasty food, choices for everyone, and topped off with an ice cream sundae! Nice! The Saturday banquet choices were spot on. Everyone raved about their meals. My compliments to the chef and the wait staff. They were with us every step of the way. We are already looking forward to next year!
